| Celebrate
the new year with an exhilarating
swim at the 6th annual Polar Bear
Dip for the Cure. Dip to be held
starting at 3:00 pm at Charles Mill
Lake beach are off Ohio Route 430
near Mifflin. More than 300 people
participated last year with donations
and proceeds for the benefit of the
American Cancer Society. There is
no registration, just show up. Anyone
under 18 years cannot participate
without a guardian present. |

| Enjoy a 5K or 10K hike along the scenic Clear Fork Gorge. Starts at 10 am in the State Park commissary, at the Park Class A Campground just south of Loudonville on SR 3. The free event includes warm fire, hot soup, cookies and drinks after the hike. Sponsored by Mohican Trails Club and Mohican State Park. Mohican Regional Trail Guides are available at the event, state park offices, and local businesses for only $2 each. |
